What age can my child start?

Our Kids Martial Arts program is for ages 6–12. We also offer Tigers (ages 3–5) and Teens (13–17). If you're not sure which class is right, give us a call. We'll help you pick.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Your child's first class is on us. Spots fill up fast, so book your trial now and we'll show you our class calendar on the next step.

How often should my child train?

We recommend 2–3 classes per week for steady progress. Our flexible Mon–Sat schedule makes it easy for busy families.

What does my child wear to the first class?

Comfortable athletic clothes are perfect. We'll set them up with a uniform once they enroll.
