Six to twelve is the window where the brain is writing the rules for the rest of life. Our job is to fill that window with the right reps. Kids leave a class with their gi soaked and a small win they did not have when they walked in. Then they come back and do it again.
The kicks are real. The respect is real. The friendships are real. So is the moment your kid will look you in the eye when an older kid pushes them and choose, on purpose, not to escalate. That is what we are actually building. The martial arts is the curriculum we use to build it.
Ages 6–12
Class trains the muscle of locking in. Within a few weeks, you stop reminding them to start their math three times. They just go.
Real strength, real cardio, real coordination. The kid who could not do a push-up in September is doing ten by Thanksgiving.
Saying it and then doing it. The grown-up version of "I will" gets installed here, on a Tuesday, while they tie their belt.
Most kids hate exercise. Most of our kids ask which night class is. The difference is the room they walk into.
Team sports are great. We love team sports. But ours is the only activity where your kid is judged by their own last rep, not by whether the team won. Here is how that plays out.
The Kids program covers six through twelve. Younger? That is Tigers (four and five). Older? That is the Teen program (thirteen to seventeen). Call us and we will point you to the right door.
Yes. One full class, no card on file, no enrollment pressure. We will send the calendar after you reserve so you can pick a time that works for your week.
Two classes a week is the sweet spot for the first six months. Three if your kid catches the bug. We run Monday through Saturday so it usually fits whatever weeknight is already in your calendar.
Comfortable workout clothes and bare feet. No uniform yet. If they sign up, the gi shows up with the welcome packet.
Reserve the trial in thirty seconds. We send the schedule next. You drive them in once. The kid takes it from there.
Tell us who you are. We will send the Kids schedule next so you can pick a time.
