8:00–9:00 PM. Drop in any night to see what it's about. Whether you're starting from zero or coming back to training, you'll be welcome, and pushed.
An honest breakdown so you know what you're walking into. No mystery, no theater.
10 minutes
Joint mobility, footwork, shadow work. We move from the floor up so the body is loaded right before contact starts. You'll sweat. You'll breathe heavy. Nothing here is showy.
30 minutes
A focus per night. Strikes, defenses against grabs and chokes, ground escapes, weapon disarms. Master Mike walks you through the technique, then partners you up at your level. You drill it slow, then faster, then under fatigue.
15 minutes
Pressure rounds. The drill from minute 30 gets tested with a partner who is no longer cooperating. This is where the technique becomes yours. New students get scaled-down rounds. No one gets hurt. Everyone gets pushed.
