Master Instructor
Krav was built for people who have to defend themselves and do not get a second take. We coach it the same way: small set of techniques, drilled to the point of reflex, then pressure-tested with a partner who is no longer being polite. The shape, the sleep, the lean strength all show up. They are a bonus.
Ages 18+
When the body is surprised, it does what it has rehearsed. We give yours something to do.
Strikes, blocks, knees, elbows, plus how to break a grab, escape a choke, and clear a weapon. The set is small. The reps are not.
We teach you how to breathe and think when the heart rate is at one-eighty. That is the actual difference between training and reality.
Every class is an hour of moving on purpose. The conditioning shows up in your shoulders, your breath, and how you feel on Friday morning.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. You can drop in on any one of them, or all three. We coach the first-time student in the same room as the fifteen-year regular. The work scales. The standard does not.
A clear breakdown of your first night so it stops being a mystery. Nothing here is invented to fill time.
10 minutes
Ground mobility, footwork patterns, light shadow rounds. The point is to bring your nervous system online and load the joints before contact. You will breathe hard. No tricks, no spectacle.
30 minutes
One theme per night. Could be straight strikes, a choke defense, a ground escape, a knife clear. Chris teaches the move, partners you with someone at your level, and walks the floor. You drill it slow, then with rhythm, then with someone leaning on you.
15 minutes
The same move from block two, but the partner stops cooperating. This is the moment the technique becomes yours. First-night students get a lighter version. Nobody leaves bruised. Everybody leaves a little tougher than they came in.
Tell us who you are. We will send the Krav schedule next so you can pick a night.
