Show up. Get pushed. Get better.
Taekwondo from age four through seventeen. Krav Maga for adults who want skills, not theater. One floor, one standard: walk in nervous, walk out different.
The kids and the adults share the same air, the same mats, the same standard. The training is different. The expectation isn't. Pick the door that fits your house.
Tigers through Teens. Trish runs the kids floor and she doesn't let anyone phone it in. Your kid learns to listen, lock in, and earn the next belt. Siblings welcome. Parents proud.

Krav Maga, Monday through Wednesday at 8 PM. Master Mike runs the room. He's patient with first nights and ruthless with bad habits. One hour will tell you everything.
Adult Krav Maga →Anyone can teach a kick. We teach the part underneath: how to focus when it's hard, how to lose well, how to keep going when nobody is watching. That is what changes the kid. That is what changes the adult.
The real kind is quiet. It is the kid raising a hand in class. The adult walking to the car without rehearsing escapes. We build it slowly, because that is the only way it sticks.
We do not sand the hard parts off. Students struggle with a technique, miss it, try again, get it. That moment is where the grit is forged. It walks home with them.
You will move better, sleep better, breathe better. But the workout is a side effect. What you came for is the skill, the discipline, and the people training next to you.

Learn moreTwenty-five years on this floor has taught us one thing. The technique is the vehicle. The real cargo is the part of a person that does not quit when the work gets ugly. We hire instructors who teach that. Then we let the mat do the rest.
